About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Evaluate novel hypoxia-selective therapeutics using 2D and 3D cancer models, including in combination with chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Investigate mechanisms of action and therapeutic response using molecular and cellular biology, flow cytometry, and gene-editing approaches.
Support translational drug development through LC-MS-based studies of drug activation, stability, and pharmacokinetics, alongside data analysis and dissemination of findings.

Qualifications/ Experience:
MSc or PhD (with equivalent research experience) in cancer biology, pharmacology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Practical experience of laboratory-based research in cancer biology, pharmacology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience in mammalian cell culture and in vitro biological assays.
Experience of designing, conducting, and analyzing laboratory experiments and interpreting scientific data.
