About the Company
Are you a curious, ambitious and looking to break into the world of investment and executive search? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading search consultancy partnering with some of the world’s top asset managers. They are not your typical recruitment firm and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where insight, strategy, and innovation drive success. They currently have capacity to hire two new additions and are open to level of experience.
About the Role
Dive deep into the asset management industry, learning how global investment firms operate. Work alongside senior consultants to map markets, source top talent, and uncover competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Use cutting-edge tools and social platforms to identify and engage high-calibre professionals.
- Build relationships with industry leaders and develop skills that set you apart in finance and executive search.
- Progress to running end to end searches.
- Support with running and managing of advisory and insight projects.
Qualifications
- A bright, motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a hunger to learn.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in finance, investments and if have experience recruiting into these markets – but attitude and drive matter most!

Pay range and compensation package
- Basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 or higher depending on experience relatable to their markets. They have an attractive bonus scheme and offer salary review after 6 months.
