Our Client
Our client is a major global player in the food manufacturing industry, operating across multiple international markets.
Working within the global R&D division
This newly created R&D Process Engineer role focuses on developing innovative manufacturing processes, products, and technologies that improve customer productivity and create competitive advantage. Working on-site and involving international travel, you'll lead projects from concept and laboratory testing through to pilot plant trials and commercial production.
The role would suit
- An engineer or scientist from food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, polymers, or extrusion technology
- Experience in process engineering, product development, technology scale-up, and a strong innovation mindset

Qualifications
- Qualification in an Engineering or Food Technology related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or R&D environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions
- Experience designing, testing, and optimising manufacturing processes and technologies
- Background in food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, polymers, or extrusion technology preferred
Candidates must hold
- Valid UK work authorisation at the time of application
- The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this role, and cannot consider applicants who may require sponsorship in the future
What Our Client Offers
- Salary open / Circa 5 years experience
- Group Annual Bonus
- Pension: up to 8% match
- Life Assurance: up to 5 x salary

- Annual Leave: 36 days annual leave
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Full time on-site
