Job Description

THE POSITION:

EVERSANA is searching for a Research Director, Policy to join the NAVLIN Insights team, which delivers pharmaceutical policy, market access, and pricing intelligence to our clients. The role will drive our fast-expanding policy services, including our NAVLIN Daily news service, policy intelligence, MFN tracker, and other policy-related activities. This includes client-facing support and business development, as well as end-to-end oversight, production, and delivery of the policy services.

Reporting into the SVP of NAVLIN Insights, the role will build on Eversana’s reputation as a leader in global pricing and policy intelligence. It will sit at the intersection of policy expertise, client engagement, and commercial growth, with a specific focus on global pricing, reimbursement, and policy developments (including MFN and related initiatives). The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of policy-driven products and services, act as a senior client-facing expert, and contribute to strategic consulting engagements. This role will also play a key part in shaping how AI and advanced analytics are leveraged to enhance NAVLIN’s capabilities and create new, differentiated offerings.

Preference is for U.K.-based (remote or London office) but we will also consider applications from other locations (including Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
