Your mission as a Research Executive
We are looking for a Research Executive (m/f/d) with a passion for market research operations, data, and insights to join our Research Team in DACH.
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from questionnaire setup to fieldwork monitoring. You will work closely with Research Consultants, supporting them in delivering impactful insights to clients while building a strong foundation across all steps of the research process.
You will play a key role in bringing research projects to life behind the scenes - translating project requirements into well-executed surveys, ensuring data quality, and enabling the generation of reliable insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Operational implementation and coordination of market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys
- Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform, ensuring accuracy and high data quality
- Support the adaptation and testing of questionnaires across different use cases and methods (e.g., U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, Conjoint)
- Monitor survey performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during fieldwork
- Collaborate closely with Research Consultants, supporting analysis and reporting where needed
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Research Consulting to ensure smooth project handovers and execution
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all project steps, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery
- Integrate AI across all research steps, collaborating with the Product team to enhance AI capabilities

You will thrive in this role if
- You have a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-related field
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in market research
- You are highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, tools, and structured processes
- You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different teams
- You are fluent in English and proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written)
- You bring a hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership
- You have an affinity for numbers, data, and analytical thinking
