At The Harris Poll UK

We exist to understand consumer needs in a demanding world. We help organisations stay closer to the people they serve through research that combines hard data with human truths. Our work spans customer experience, reputation, thought leadership, innovation and brand strategy, helping clients make smarter decisions in a world where consumer expectations are constantly evolving.

Overview

Research Executives play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality insight programmes for our clients. This is a hands-on role that supports the end-to-end delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects, from study design and client management through to analysis, reporting and insight generation.

The role is suited to someone who is curious about people, commercially aware, highly organised and motivated to develop a career in research and insight consultancy. You will work closely with colleagues across Client Advisory and Research Operations, gaining exposure to a broad range of sectors, methodologies and client challenges.

  • Help manage timelines, project administration and status updates across multiple workstreams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
