Research Fellow (LBS Impact)

Liverpool Business School (LBS) has grown its research profile in recent years and it is now ranked as 7th in the UK for research quality in business and economics research (see the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2027).
LBS is seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the role of Research Fellow (LBS Impact) to help evidence the impact of LBS’s research in preparation for REF29, which includes a diverse range of research disciplines including regional development, organisational development, digital health and innovation, digital transformation, etc. This is a 0.4FTE post (e.g. 2 days per week, worked flexibly) and fixed term to 31st July 2027.

In relation to this central purpose therefore, the role will:
- Develop and conduct collaborative research projects, acting as coordinating principal investigator where appropriate.
- Extend, transform and apply knowledge acquired from scholarship to research and appropriate external activities.
- Make presentations at appropriate events, and write up research work for publication.
