JOB TITLE: Research & Impact Manager
SALARY Up to £60k
LOCATION: London - 1 day a week in the office
Duration: FTC - 6 months
The Company
We are representing a leading client-side organisation, helping organisations improve performance, reduce risk, and adopt best practice across a range of industries. They work with both international and domestic businesses to implement standards effectively and drive meaningful change. Within the Research & Insight team, they shape evaluation strategy while providing high-quality intelligence and industry insight to support the wider business.

They are now looking to expand their team with a Research & Impact Manager who will be integral to end-to-end commercial and public projects.
Key Duties
- Lead impact assessment across strategic programmes, strengthening logic models, evaluation approaches, and evidence-based decision-making organisation-wide.
- Build trusted relationships across teams, providing practical advice, constructive challenge, and developing organisational impact assessment capability.
- Combine quantitative, qualitative, and secondary evidence to deliver compelling impact stories, insights, and continuous programme improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Significant applied research or evaluation experience across research, insight, market research, social research, or impact assessment.
- Experienced in quantitative and qualitative research, evaluation frameworks, stakeholder engagement, senior advisory work, and presenting complex findings.
- Strong communicator and critical thinker, pragmatic, curious, and comfortable working independently within ambiguous, matrix-managed environments.
