Research & Insights Manager | AdTech

London | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global digital media and advertising technology business to hire an Insights & Research Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of audience insight, research, media and commercial strategy. You’ll take ownership of audience, market and brand research, turning complex data into compelling insights that help shape client briefs, pitches, campaign strategy and new business opportunities.

The role

You’ll work closely with Sales, Strategy, Marketing and Creative teams, with responsibility for:

  • Leading bespoke audience, market and client research projects from brief through to analysis and presentation.
  • Designing surveys and questionnaires, defining target audiences and applying robust research methodologies.
  • Using platforms such as GWI, YouGov and other audience/research tools to uncover consumer behaviours, attitudes and trends.
  • Developing audience profiles and segmentation to strengthen client briefs, pitches and commercial proposals.
  • Supporting brand tracking and campaign effectiveness research, including pre/post studies and analysis of key brand metrics.
  • Turning complex datasets into clear, engaging client-facing stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Partnering with Sales on RFPs, briefs, proactive pitches and wider client growth opportunities.
  • Contributing to proprietary research, thought leadership and market intelligence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re particularly interested in people with hands-on experience across GWI, YouGov or similar research platforms, alongside survey design, quantitative analysis, research methodology and/or brand tracking.

Just as importantly, you’ll be commercially minded and confident presenting your findings. This isn't a role focused purely on reporting data, you'll need to understand what the data means, why it matters and how it can be turned into a compelling recommendation for clients and commercial teams.

It’s a broad, visible role with the opportunity to help shape and develop the business’s UK research and insights proposition, while working closely with senior commercial stakeholders across the organisation.
