Research Development & Innovation at the University Hospital of Liverpool Group (UHLG)
UHLG is looking for a Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Group Director of Operations Research & Innovation and the Group Director of Research and Innovation.
About the Team
The RD&I team consists of:
- Director of Operations Research & Innovation
- Group Director of Research and Innovation
- Business Team
- Research Governance Team
- Innovation team
- Senior Nurse
- Communications lead
Role Overview
This role is pivotal in supporting the Director of Operations Research & Innovation and the Group Director of Research and Innovation. It operates at executive level, taking minutes at meetings that feed to the Trust Board.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Demonstrable experience of supporting executive/director level
- Excellent interpersonal management skills
- Knowledge of change management / policy and procedure processes
