This role contributes to Aprender's mission of empowering teachers, inspiring children and transforming communities. The post-holder will support the growth of our methodology and help deliver sustainable educational improvement in low-resource contexts.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Relevant professional experience within the role area.

Desirable

  • Experience in education, international development or the charity sector.
  • Experience working with volunteers.
  • Knowledge of professional development and school improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead educational research and evidence generation to ensure we stay current.
  • Support academic partnerships.
  • Review emerging evidence and inform programme development.
  • Produce learning papers and thought leadership outputs.
  • Produce supporting material that can be used by our Marketing & Communications Department to promote Apto and Aprender
