We’re looking for a Research Manager to join our growing, ambitious and fun B2B team!
You’ll be working in a vibrant and friendly environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of B2B companies. We work with many leading global brands, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors, project types, and methodologies (both qual and quant).
We’re looking for someone with experience in B2B market research, who strives for excellence, and who can make an immediate impact on the growth of the rapidly growing B2B practice area. You’ll need to hit the ground running and be hands on getting stuck into projects. You’ll have demonstrated strong career progression to date and be eager to continue growing.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Excellent client management skills
- Knowledge of a wide range of qual and quant methodologies and techniques (and feel comfortable using them on a day-to-day basis)
- Experience using AI and automation tools to support quantitative and qualitative analysis, desk research and questionnaire design, including the ability to properly prompt and judge the outputs of such tools
- The ability to design questionnaires, screeners and discussion guides that will help answer our client’s strategic questions
- Strong analysis skills and ability to produce high quality, well designed, and story-led outputs
- The capability to recognise interesting insights proactively and independently
- Ability to work well in a team (as well as being a strong self-starter)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to an exceptional standard
