Research Manager – Digital Experience | Financial Services | London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a specialist data and analytics business that works with some of the UK and Europe's most prominent financial institutions. Their proprietary platform gives clients a definitive view of how their digital experiences compare, across products, journeys and competitors, and they turn that into strategic insight that shapes real investment decisions at the most senior levels.
They're looking for a Research Manager to join their London-based team.
The role
You'll lead end-to-end digital experience research programmes across a portfolio of financial services clients — from scoping and methodology through analysis, insight and executive-level presentation. You'll own senior client relationships, coach and develop junior researchers, and contribute to the evolution of the platform and methodology. You'll also play a role in identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

What they're looking for
- Proven experience managing complex research programmes in a client-facing environment
- Hands-on experience evaluating digital experiences or customer journeys — you know what good looks like
- Strong financial services or fintech knowledge; you can hold your own with a Head of Digital at a major bank
- A track record of owning senior client relationships and presenting with confidence
- Experience developing junior researchers and maintaining high standards for quality
