The Role

Our Research Managers partner with some of the world's leading brands, delivering insight, consultancy and strategic recommendations that drive business growth. They build trusted client relationships, lead research programmes and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges.

Using industry-leading methodologies, analytical techniques and tools, Research Managers help clients make confident decisions across areas such as brand, communications, creative and innovation. As a Research Manager, you will lead projects from brief through to insight delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience while contributing to business growth. You'll also champion the Kantar strategy, embracing a future-focused mindset and leveraging AI, technology and automation to enhance efficiency, strengthen insight generation and improve client outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in quantitative research and insights, within one or more of the following areas: Brand, Creative and Innovation
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality research and insight projects.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a talent for turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working effectively across teams.
  • Curious, proactive and committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Experience coaching or supporting the development of others is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver insight-led solutions that drive business growth.
  • Lead research projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and an exceptional client experience.
  • Turn data into clear, compelling and commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Embrace AI, technology and automation to improve efficiency, insight generation and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a high-performing and supportive culture.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, curiosity and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
  • Champion continuous learning and role model the behaviours that support Kantar's strategy, culture and commitment to innovation.
