About The Role
The Prime Video & Studios Research Services team is looking for a Research Operations Analyst to join our operations team supporting customer-focused primary research across global markets. You'll be part of the engine that makes research happen, owning the technical execution of surveys from programming through to deployment, managing panel operations, and helping build AI-powered tools that automate our reporting workflows.
You will partner closely with Consumer Insights researchers, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure research is fielded on time, to spec, and at the highest quality. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, has a passion for research methodology, and wants to be at the intersection of research and technology.

Key Job Responsibilities
In This Role You Will
- Own end-to-end survey operations: programming, sampling, deployment, quality assurance, and data delivery
- Support panel activities: recruitment, maintenance, and engagement across global markets
- Monitor fielding progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships to keep studies on track
- Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and templates
- Contribute to AI-powered automation tools that improve research reporting and operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in research operations, survey programming, large multi-market quantitative studies, or market research project management
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, SPSS)
- Experience managing sampling plans, quotas, and panel operations
- Comfortable with crosstabs, data cleaning, and basic analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
- Experience conducting research on a global scale
- Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Python, Excel macros, or markdown-based workflows is a plus
- Knowledge of television and media research (e.g. concept testing, content testing, series maintenance studies)
- Proficiency in an additional language is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Japanese, Swedish, or Dutch)
