Role Description
The Research Participant role at TRANSFORAGE is an on-site position based in the United Kingdom. Research Participants will take part in structured studies, which may include interviews, surveys, focus groups, observation sessions, and testing of new concepts or materials. Day-to-day activities involve following study instructions, providing honest feedback, completing questionnaires, and engaging in guided discussions about experiences and perceptions related to transformation and risk. Participants are expected to be punctual, respect confidentiality requirements, and collaborate with research staff to ensure accurate and reliable data collection. - Comfort participating in interviews, surveys, focus groups, or observational studies.
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical and data protection guidelines.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to understand questionnaires and study materials.
- Interest in contributing to research on risk, transformation, and future-focused solutions.
- Prior experience in research studies or user testing is beneficial but not required.
