- Relevant majors in semiconductors, such as microelectronics, physics, and optoelectronic technology
- Familiar with the manufacturing process and understand the equipment; possess strong practical skills
- Have strong abilities in test design and data analysis; possess teamwork spirit
- Ensure the normal operation of the equipment and working space in this position, continuously optimize the testing process, improve production testing efficiency, and ensure that the output of this position meets the project progress requirements of the company
- Compile standardized documents related to the implementation of testing processes, and conduct training and supervision for production staff
