Research & Publication Intern - HR, Careers & Talent
About
Most writing about talent repeats what everyone already believes. We're looking for someone who wants to question it.
Talentum Consulting is a Geneva-based HR boutique working with international organisations, NGOs and companies on HR advisory, career coaching and talent development. Our work is built on the 3D Method: Define, Detect, Develop. We sit where business and academia meet, and we want research that is rigorous enough for scholars and useful enough for practitioners.
What you'll do
- Research current themes in HR, career development and talent management, using both academic literature and real-world practice
- Write and publish one article per month under your own name, with editorial guidance from our founder, Dr. Manuela Morelli
- Turn evidence into ideas that HR leaders, managers and professionals can actually use
- Contribute insights to Talentum's thought leadership and client work
- Track trends across international organisations, the NGO sector and the private sector
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
