What Difference Will You Make?
By helping us identify new opportunities and strengthen our outreach, you'll play an important role in the future growth of Bright Futures 4 All. Your research and organisational skills will help us build new relationships, expand our reach and ultimately enable us to support more children and young people with SEND and their families.

- Enjoys researching and finding new opportunities.

- Can analyse information and present findings clearly.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively about how to grow an organisation.
Experience Required
- Experience in research, sales support, business development, administration, customer success or project support.

What Will You Be Doing?
As our Research & Sales Support Volunteer, you will:

- Research potential funding, partnership and business development opportunities.
- Identify organisations, schools, businesses and community groups that align with our mission.
- Build and maintain accurate databases of prospective contacts and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of outreach emails, presentations and proposals.
- Carry out market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Help track enquiries, conversations and follow-up actions.
- Work closely with colleagues to support business development and partnership activities.
- Take ownership of research projects and present findings in a clear, organised way.
