Role Overview

Help Bright Futures 4 All grow its impact by researching new opportunities, identifying potential partners and supporting outreach activities. If you're organised, enjoy research and want to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What Difference Will You Make?

By helping us identify new opportunities and strengthen our outreach, you'll play an important role in the future growth of Bright Futures 4 All. Your research and organisational skills will help us build new relationships, expand our reach and ultimately enable us to support more children and young people with SEND and their families.

  • Enjoys researching and finding new opportunities.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Is confident using online research tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Can analyse information and present findings clearly.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and thinking creatively about how to grow an organisation.

Experience Required

  • Experience in research, sales support, business development, administration, customer success or project support.

  • Research potential funding, partnership and business development opportunities.
  • Identify organisations, schools, businesses and community groups that align with our mission.
  • Build and maintain accurate databases of prospective contacts and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of outreach emails, presentations and proposals.
  • Carry out market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Help track enquiries, conversations and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to support business development and partnership activities.
  • Take ownership of research projects and present findings in a clear, organised way.
