Aeli is an inclusive research company
We recruit from our own panel for client studies, and we run our own research to advance technology in healthcare.
The panel reaches people UK research consistently misses: faith communities, Black and minoritised ethnic communities, young people, disabled and neurodivergent participants, people with lived experience of trauma. The Alphabet Framework and our AI Literacy CPD for therapists both came out of that work.
We're looking for a few students or recent grads
For four weeks, part-time (a few hours a day), to help us build the foundation for our content, panel, research and ethics strategy. This is real work, not a simulated project. Each placement owns one question and produces one document we'll actually use. In week one, you'll scope the problem and pitch us your approach. From there, you research it properly and come back with a recommendation, which we'll push back on. You present it in week four, with your name on it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll be joining a small group of students working on different parts of the business, so you'll see how an early-stage research company actually runs, not just your own corner of it. On completion, you get a written reference, a LinkedIn recommendation if useful, and introductions from our network where they're relevant.
