About the Role
The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) is a charity and employer membership network supporting organisations across the UK to take effective action on domestic abuse. We are looking for a skilled researcher and writer to help strengthen our evidence-informed resources for employers.
This role will lead the development, review, and curation of EIDA’s evidence-informed resources; updating existing resources and translating research and emerging practice into clear, practical guidance, helping to support EIDA’s 2,000+ members to respond safely and effectively to domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, review, and curation of EIDA’s evidence-informed resources.
- Update existing resources and translate research and emerging practice into clear, practical guidance.
- Support EIDA’s 2,000+ members to respond safely and effectively to domestic abuse.
Requirements
- Experience of research, evidence synthesis, or literature reviews.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible guidance for professional audiences.

Experience in domestic abuse, safeguarding, employer engagement, or resource development would be welcome, but is not essential.

Interviews
Interviews will take place remotely on Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October, with final-stage interviews on Monday 5 or Tuesday 6 October.
