The ideal candidate is someone who wants to use their passion for UK policy and politics in a fast-paced, business environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with curiosity about the world and a hunger to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to grow their networks. In supporting the team as we deliver high quality work for our clients, we are looking for people who are organised, diligent and have good attention to detail.

The successful candidate would ideally have some experience in policy or politics.
Responsibilities
Researchers are responsible for leading research on political and policy-related issues on behalf of our client base. The role is varied but typical tasks include:
- Developing briefing and stakeholder mapping material
- Compiling accurate monitoring reports for clients
- Carrying out both qualitative and quantitative research and policy analysis on a variety of different topics
- Supporting with organising client events such as Parliamentary receptions
- Attending relevant meetings and events on behalf of clients
- Starting to establish business and political networks
- Monitoring media, news and updates on a variety of client portfolios
Salary
Starting at £27,000 per annum

- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays with the option to carry over 5 days per year.
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of three days a week in our London office
- 'Work from Away': up to 5 days a year, including from locations outside the UK
- Annual discretionary bonus, subject to company and individual performance
- Pension: employer contributions matched up to 5%

Interview Process
Applications will close at noon on Monday the 28th of September.
Initial phone screenings will take place in the w/c 28th of September.
First round of virtual interviews will be in the w/c 5th of October.
Final in-person interview will be in the w/c 12th of October in our London office.
