Founded in 2001, Vantage Search (Vantage Market Entry) is a boutique Executive Search firm based in Kensington, London, specialising in placing executives and teams within the global Management Consulting/Private Equity/AI sectors. The firm has a truly international reach, with over 80% of its search projects focused on roles in the US market.
Role Description
This is a full-time role (hybrid basis, 3 days on-site per week) for a Researcher/Executive Assistant. The Researcher/Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior Consultants/Partners in the business through research, candidate sourcing and management, scheduling, and administrative coordination, utilising our AI systems and agents. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong research capabilities, and confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are implementing an industry-leading AI platform/CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate research to support executive search projects
- Manage Partners' calendar, meetings, etc.
- Prepare information for client and candidate calls, reports, and client-facing materials
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records, utilising AI
- Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-up with client stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- Self-motivated individual with strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in an executive search, recruitment, or sales support role is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/AI and familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
