Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months) / Full-Time
Salary: £18.30 per hour, plus an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of your annual base salary.
Start date: November 2026
About the Role
We are seeking a Reservations & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the hotel's reservations function, with a strong focus on leisure groups, while managing accounts receivable and credit control activities. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with guests, tour operators, and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel reservations, with a particular focus on leisure groups.
- Coordinate group bookings from enquiry through to arrival.
- Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel partners.
- Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and credit control processes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries.
- Prepare reservations and accounts receivable reports.
- Work closely with Front Office and other hotel departments as required.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Coordinator.
- Previous experience managing leisure group bookings.
- Experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
