Job Description

We are a prestigious luxury hotel committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a polished and professional Reservations Agent to join our Front of House team. This role combines hosting and reception duties, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure.

About the Role

As a member of our Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing a professional welcome while supporting reception operations and overall front of house service. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional telephone manner and confident use of reservation systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
