An exciting opportunity has opened up at Holiday Inn London – Camden Lock as we prepare to become voco London Camden Lock!

As a Reservations Agent, You Will Be Expected To
- Ensure our guests have positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
- You will be responsible for organising and following up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures, in addition to ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to ensure that guest requirements are fulfilled.
