The Role: Reservations Agent
The Restaurant: This is a Support Office role
The Location: Farringdon
The Salary: Competitive
The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.

A bit about what you will be doing and what we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented reservations agent with a positive attitude and a friendly personality to join the team. Someone with a passion for the hospitality industry, full of energy and will proactively contribute to our mission and ongoing success. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Managing day to day reservation bookings and enquiries for multiple sites via phone or email.
- Processing accurate and timely confirmations.
- Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
- The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
- You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.

Skills and attributes:
- Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
- A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
- Knowledge of OpenTable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates.
