Holiday Inn High Wycombe

£27,476.80 per annum / £13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service, creating memorable experiences, and leading by example? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Reservations and Events Supervisor.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing seamless events and overseeing reservations, ensuring that both areas deliver exceptional service. You’ll inspire your team to meet the highest standards while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From ensuring flawless events to converting enquiries into sales, you’ll be the linchpin between front-line customer service and event success.

What you’ll be doing as a Reservations and Events Supervisor:

  • Leading a team to deliver high-quality service across both reservations and events.
  • Managing enquiries, reservations, and bookings, both over the phone and online.
  • Coordinating events and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.
  • Liaising with the reception team to keep them updated on occupancy levels, VIPs, and special events.
  • Maximising revenue by upselling and promoting our food and beverage packages.
  • Supporting the team in their growth and development, helping them succeed in their roles.
