About the Role

At St Andrews Links, the Home of Golf, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Reservations Administrator to join our Reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a world-class experience for golfers and visitors from around the globe.

Responsibilities

As a Reservations Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operation and administration of the Reservations function, providing accurate and efficient support across the visitor booking journey, yearly ticket administration, local golf club fixture coordination, and commercial tee time activity.

  • Acting as a key point of contact, you will work with a variety of stakeholders including visiting golfers, golf tour operators, Authorised Partners, local golf clubs, and ticketholders, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards and reputation of St Andrews Links.
  • Working under the guidance of the relevant Team Lead, you will primarily focus on one of three specialist areas: Visitor Reservations, Yearly Tickets & Fixtures, or Commercial Tee Times. Flexibility is essential, as you will also provide support across the wider Reservations function during peak periods to help ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
