Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is assisting a global leader who are hiring a Reservations Coordinator to ensure seamless booking experiences.
The Reservation Coordinator will work closely with clients from all around the world to establish hospitality needs for their overseas visitors.
This will run on a shift bases with occasional weekend working.

Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries, bookings, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilise reservation systems for processing and record-keeping.
- Provide prompt and excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Address guest concerns and special requests to enhance their experience.
- Liaise with departments for smooth communication and guest coordination.

Qualifications:
- Previous reservations or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer packages.
- This is an on-site role with the opportunity to work hybrid after probation period.
