What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily reservation activities, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of individual bookings, group reservations, and enquiries. You will monitor room availability across channels, maintain accurate booking records, and support occupancy and revenue targets by identifying upselling opportunities and applying rate strategies where appropriate. You will handle guest enquiries and special requests professionally, ensuring a seamless booking experience from enquiry through to confirmation. Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments, you will ensure clear communication and coordination to support operational success and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality role. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PMS systems, particularly Opera, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will bring a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset, ensuring accuracy in all reservation processes and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Strong teamwork and customer service skills are essential, along with a positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, as required.
