Boisdale is a Great British Restaurant Group with live Music
(Based at Head Office, Victoria, Eccleston Street, SW1)
Well established & iconic independent restaurant that offers exquisite food within two very successful venues.

Reservations, Events & Office Manager Benefits:

  • A competitive target salary is £45’000, made up of House + Tronc
  • Eligible to participate in the company discretionary bonus scheme
  • Membership commission
  • Monday – Friday (shift patterns with occasional weekend as business may require)
  • Based in Victoria – easy commute from most areas in London

Reservations, Events & Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Reservations & Events team
  • Support Group Head of Sales & Business Development
  • Oversee the day to day running of the central reservations office
  • Promote & maximise the occupancy and revenue of all restaurant & private dining spaces
  • Effective supervision of the Assistant reservations & events manager, event Coordinator, reservation & reception teams including the doorman
  • Ensure seamless execution of events to exceed client expectations - we have numerous private rooms & events spaces accommodating bookings from 6 - 550 guests!
  • Producing function sheets and coordinating all aspects of an event enquiry
  • Managing a busy phone line – assisting guests with booking requests always maintaining an excellent telephone manor & remaining calm under pressure
  • Fast & efficient in managing 6 email accounts, ensuring guests are replied to quickly and all third-party booking & event requests are processed accurately
  • Management of reports for Reservations & Events
  • Support of the Booking systems, Music ticketing platform, confirmations, deposit payments
  • Maintaining an excellent and proactive relationship with event and venue agencies
  • Oversee the Boisdale Club membership together with the wider Reservation & events team
  • Have a pro-active role in recruiting new Boisdale Club members for the group
  • Generally assisting with the positive progress of Boisdale as a Restaurant, Event & Music business.
  • Assist with hosting Events when required
  • Knowledge of Quadrenet, DBX, OpenTable, collins, design my night and/or other reservation systems is required
  • Hands On approach - A hands-on, natural leader with strong communication & organisational skills and the ability to coach and motivate the team to deliver a ‘best in class guest experience.
  • Solution orientated & an ability to multitask is essential!
  • Enthusiastic team player with a guest focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Responsible for delegating staff rotas
  • Procurement of office sundries
  • All applicants must have fluent written and spoken English
