Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character! From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.

What will you be doing as a Reservations, Groups, Meetings and Events Administrator?

You’ll support our busy Reservations, Groups, Meetings and Events team by managing bookings, enquiries, payments and event details. From handling guest reservations and special requests to corporate events and celebrations, you’ll help maximise revenue and create a smooth experience from enquiry to arrival.

Your role will include…

  • Managing payments and revenue, including deposits, refunds, credit applications, advance purchase rates, WiQ charges and commission payments.
  • Handling contracts, invoices and bookings, ensuring information is accurate and shared with operational teams.
  • Supporting meetings and events through rooming lists, daily traces, AV requirements, purchase orders and internal meeting space.
  • Coordinating BEOs and reporting, including weekly distribution, enquiry monitoring, 4pm reports and RevMax updates.
  • Keeping the office running smoothly with filing, stationery orders and audit compliance checks.
  • Completing daily traces daily and support in entering Group rooming lists.
  • Managing daily reservation tasks including processing advance purchase payments, checking arrivals, allocating rooms, updating payment instructions and rates; and balancing room types.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
