The property offers 39 individually designed bedrooms, including 18 suites, along with the opulent L'oscar Restaurant, Baptist Bar, and distinctive event spaces for intimate and larger gatherings. Team members join a setting that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences, refined service, and meticulous attention to detail in every area of the hotel.
Role Description
The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations function, ensuring accurate, efficient handling of individual and group bookings in line with L'oscar London’s service standards. This full-time, on-site role in Greater London includes managing reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, optimizing room inventory and rate strategies, and maintaining up-to-date records in the reservations system. The role involves supervising the reservations team, setting performance standards, providing training and coaching, and collaborating closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue. The Reservations Manager also monitors reservation quality, resolves guest issues, prepares reports and forecasts, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes and guest communication.

- Proficiency in reservations management and systems, with experience handling individual and group bookings and coordinating room allocations.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized, courteous, and efficient support to guests and partners.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with skills in upselling, cross-selling, and supporting revenue and occupancy targets.
- Experience in training, coaching, and guiding team members to achieve service and performance standards.
- Background in luxury hospitality or high-end hotel environments, with familiarity in Greater London market preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and competence with hotel PMS and reservation software.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or professional qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are beneficial.
