Role Description
The Reservations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast. This role is responsible for handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate and timely bookings across the hotel group. Day-to-day tasks include managing room availability, updating booking systems, providing guests with information on rates, packages, and services, and confirming or amending reservations as required. The Reservations Team Member will collaborate with front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy and revenue, while maintaining high standards of guest service and professionalism. The role also involves resolving booking issues, following established procedures, and maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and handling guest information.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reservations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving guest issues and booking challenges.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow established procedures and standards.
