Description
Are you a master of first impressions with a passion for luxury? We’re hunting for a sharp, personable Reservations Team Member to be the friendly voice behind unforgettable guest experiences at The Grand, York. Your role? Turning enquiries into bookings with style, speed, and precision—making every guest’s journey start with a wow.
Please note; this is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm. Shifts are scheduled within these hours, such as 7.30am - 4pm, 10.30am - 7pm, 12.00pm - 20.30pm, etc. All shifts and weekends are shared on a monthly rota basis.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role
Our team are the heart and soul of all we do. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Handle reservation requests with care and attention
- Provide expert knowledge on rooms, packages & amenities
- Work closely with front desk & sales to maximize occupancy
- Deliver seamless, five-star customer service every time
