Reservations & Ticketing Officer
Annual salary: 27,000 GBP + Bonus scheme + Transportation allowance
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description
- Handling ticketing and reservation for FIT, Group bookings
- Handling flight irregularity, flight management
- Handling schedule change to agents and passengers
- Following up/facilitating other Reservation & Ticketing’s activities, such as: BSP check, Q check, …
- Supporting the frequent flyer program
- Supporting to handle customers’ claims, requests
- Increasing communication between Vietnam Airlines and passengers, Trade partners
Requirements / Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably have 2 years working experience in the airline industry.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above).
- Ability to negotiate and promote at the highest level.
- Be available to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
- IT: MS Office, other software of the airlines (i.e. Amadeus, Access GDS etc.).
