Residences Guest Services Attendant
This position’s primary role is to provide gateman/doorman, bellman and valet services to Residences owners & guests which includes greeting, opening doors/gates, escorting guests/vendors, parking/retrieval of vehicles, transporting luggage, groceries & packages, providing information, monitoring & reporting and generally assisting as needed to safeguard privacy, property and maintain clearance & cleanliness of related passageways, walkways, work areas and designated areas inclusive of the Residences Towers and The Deckhouses.

- Move (jog, run, jog) at a speed required to quickly respond to busy situations
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Manually lift, push/pull/place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Perform outdoors and indoors as necessary of the task
- Demonstrate strong verbal & written communication skills with English proficiency
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with customer service & teamwork orientation
- Having previous hotel experience in a similar role preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a local driver’s license within 7 days of his/her first day at work.
- On occasion, this job will require the successful candidate to drive a company vehicle for which the candidate must be a minimum of 25 years old due to insurance policies.
- The candidate has to be able to drive both manual and automatic cars.
- If already in possession of a valid Cayman Islands driver’s license, an excellent driving history record is required
