Resident Experience Assistant – South East London – £30,000 + 10% Discretionary Bonus
My client, an award-winning real estate company that has been running for over 100 years, is looking for a Resident Experience Assistant to join their personable team in South London, assisting on a PRS estate of around 250+ units.

As the Resident Experience Assistant, you will be dedicated to driving exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors, acting as the first point of contact
- Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives to foster community engagement
- Facilitate resident-led events and quarterly meet-and-greets to strengthen community bonds
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging and relevant content for residents
- Oversee amenity space bookings and coordinate tenant services through third-party providers and in-house teams
- Maintain up-to-date communication via various channels, including social media, newsletters, and notices
- Source and negotiate special offers and discounts from local businesses for residents
- Cultivate a community atmosphere through effective communication, events, and innovative engagement strategies
- Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to support tenant inquiries and assist with pre- and post-tenancy processes
- Support tenancy administration and property management teams as required
- Ensure health & safety statutory requirements are met across the development, working alongside the wider team
- Manage contractor sign-in/out procedures and handle key management
- Prepare welcome goodie bags for new tenants to ensure a warm introduction
- Check keys received from tenants returning to vacate
- Monitor, manage, and distribute emails from the site inbox
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required to support resident engagement and operational efficiency

- Strong customer service background and ethic
- Positive, proactive, and friendly personality
- Good common-sense approach and decision-making skills
- Outgoing and personable demeanour
- Highly organized, meticulous, and persistent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate and social media savvy
- Experience in event management is advantageous
- Ability to think on their feet and handle multiple tasks effectively
Working Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 + 10% discretionary annual bonus
