We’re recruiting for a brand-new Resident Experience Manager role with a leading UK student accommodation provider, supporting an impressive portfolio of 9,500+ beds across 28 sites in 19 UK cities. This is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and help shape what an outstanding student experience looks like across the business.

Working closely with Marketing, Communications & Operations, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life through events, campaigns and initiatives that engage students throughout the academic year – from social and wellbeing activities to programmes supporting careers, employability, financial wellbeing, life skills and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver student events, campaigns and engagement initiatives across the UK portfolio
  • Create programmes around careers, employability, wellbeing and personal development
  • Lead and develop the Resident Experience Framework
  • Work with site teams to bring national campaigns and experiences to life locally
  • Build partnerships with universities, student organisations and external partners
  • Lead Student Voice initiatives and turn resident feedback into action
  • Monitor engagement, satisfaction and rebooking trends to measure impact
  • Identify new ideas and opportunities to continually improve the student experience

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience within resident/customer experience, marketing & engagement, hospitality, student services or community engagement
  • Experience delivering events, engagement programmes or customer experiences
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Creative, proactive and confident bringing new ideas to the table
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using customer insight and feedback to drive improvements
