Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

About The Role

We're launching a new contract in Winchester and are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join WPS.

You'll be the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and strong relationships are key to success.

What You'll Do

  • 🀝 Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
  • πŸ“’ Keep residents informed about works, timelines, and access needs
  • 🏠 Coordinate access to properties
  • 😊 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • πŸ“ Log and manage complaints effectively
  • πŸ“¬ Share updates via meetings, newsletters, and drop-in sessions
  • ⚠️ Flag resident needs or vulnerabilities to site teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills πŸ’¬

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (housing/construction desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and build trust quickly
