About The Role
We're launching a new contract in Winchester and are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join WPS.
You'll be the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and strong relationships are key to success.
What You'll Do
- 🤝 Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
- 📢 Keep residents informed about works, timelines, and access needs
- 🏠 Coordinate access to properties
- 😊 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- 📝 Log and manage complaints effectively
- 📬 Share updates via meetings, newsletters, and drop-in sessions
- ⚠️ Flag resident needs or vulnerabilities to site teams

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills 💬
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure 💪
- Experience in a customer-facing role (housing/construction desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build trust quickly
✅ Essential: Valid UK driving licence
