Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will make a real difference to the lives of our residents while developing your career in property services.
About The Role
As the key point of contact for residents, you will:
- Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
- Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
- Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
- Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
