Join a growing team making a real difference to residents and communities

Flintshire

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly Ltd is looking for experienced Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) to join our Social Housing team across North Wales, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering refurbishment and retrofit programmes that improve homes and residents' quality of life. You'll act as the vital link between residents, clients and site teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and customers remain informed and supported throughout the works.

Our current projects include external refurbishment works, retrofit and SHDF programmes, and window and door replacement schemes.

The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for residents throughout the duration of the project, helping to build positive relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with site teams, housing providers and residents to minimise disruption, resolve concerns and maintain clear communication at every stage of the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
