What We Expect
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Callout & Service Engineer to join our Resident Sites team, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining one of our major clients' lifts across their four Central London sites.
As a Resident Lift & Service Callout Engineer, your day to day will include:
- Respond to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair Manager.
- Ensure all digital applications on your tablet, and any other TKE administrative documentation are completed on time and within TKE policies and procedures.
- Servicing and maintaining customer lifts.
- Repairing or replacing lift parts.
- Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments.
- Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs.
- Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain.
- Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant.

Who we are looking for
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
- Excellent working knowledge of all major 3rd party equipment (traction & hydraulic)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
- Positive attitude and receptive to change
- Good customer-care skills
- The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
- An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
