Resident Manager - The Oakgate, Leatherhead

Today, we have almost 4,000 homes across the UK, with neighbourhoods in Stratford (East London), Elephant Quarter, Maidenhead, Leatherhead, Manchester and Birmingham.

The Oakgate is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Surrey Hills, 5 minutes from Leatherhead train station and approx. 10 minutes walk to Leatherhead town centre. It is one of our newest developments with 214 residential apartments. As a Resident Manager you'll work with the team to ensure properties are presented to a high standard for viewings and kept optimally occupied. You'll be responsible for delivering a resident living experience that's positive and effortless from start to finish.

Who are you?

You're highly organised and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You take pride in getting the detail right and enjoy building relationships with people.

You'll likely have experience in Build to Rent, PBSA, or residential lettings, and feel confident conducting viewings and communicating with clients, prospective residents and visitors alike.

You're a strong problem solver who enjoys helping people, finding positive resolutions and driving customer satisfaction.
