Are you skilled at building relationships, influencing decision-making and turning feedback into action?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Resident Scrutiny Business Partner to champion resident involvement and help ensure our customers have a powerful voice in shaping the services they receive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of customer influence, governance and service improvement, helping residents hold us to account while driving positive change across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with residents to facilitate meaningful scrutiny and service reviews.
  • Support and develop the Resident Scrutiny Group and its Chair, creating an inclusive and effective scrutiny environment.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing colleagues and leaders to respond positively to resident feedback and challenge.
  • Lead the annual scrutiny programme, ensuring it focuses on the issues that matter most to our customers.
  • Monitor and report on recommendations, helping to turn resident insights into tangible service improvements.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior leaders, the Executive Board and governance committees.
  • Support compliance with consumer regulation and help strengthen our approach to co-regulation and assurance.
  • Manage and develop the Resident Scrutiny Coordinator, ensuring excellent governance and administrative support is provided across the scrutiny and policy framework.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
