The role
As a Resident Services Associate, you'll play a central role in creating an exceptional experience for every resident.
From welcoming new residents to supporting the day-to-day operation of the building, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our client is known for.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering a welcoming front of house experience.
- Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs and property inspections.
- Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Managing amenity bookings, parcel handling and daily administration.
- Supporting the lettings process and resident onboarding.
- Coordinating contractors and helping maintain outstanding building standards.
- Assisting with resident events that help build a strong community.
- Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.
The skills you'll bring
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Working knowledge gained within hospitality, travel, residential property or another customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
- A flexible approach and a willingness to support the wider team.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
