Resident Services Associate

East London

Cobalt is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading build-to-rent operator to recruit a Resident Services Associate for one of its flagship East London communities.

The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you'll be the face of the community, creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and contractors while ensuring the day-to-day operation of the building runs smoothly.

Working as part of a collaborative onsite team, you'll build lasting relationships with residents and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional front of house and reception service.
  • Supporting residents throughout their tenancy, from move-in to move-out.
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with care and professionalism.
  • Coordinating parcel management, resident amenities and building bookings.
  • Supporting lettings activity and property inspections.
  • Liaising with contractors and internal teams to maintain excellent building standards.
  • Assisting with resident events that encourage engagement and community spirit.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational reporting.

The skills you'll bring

To be successful as a Resident Services Associate, you'll bring:

  • Working knowledge of delivering outstanding customer service within hospitality, travel, residential property or a similar customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to remain organised while managing changing priorities.
  • A positive and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Confidence working collaboratively within a team.
  • Good administrative and IT skills.
  • Awareness of health and safety responsibilities.
