Duration: 3 months initially, with strong potential to extend.
We're looking for an experienced, office-based temp to support a busy build-to-rent site. This is a resident service/admin support role.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing HubSpot calls and lead follow-ups
- Conducting property viewings
- Carrying out building walks
- Providing front desk cover for short periods (e.g., lunch breaks), taking down member/resident queries as needed
- Supporting general resident service and admin activities across the site

- Fluency in Yardi - essential
- Previous experience in residential/build-to-rent or similar (e.g., large managed developments)
- Experience in resident service admin activities strongly preferred
- Confident, calm, and professional manner
- Comfortable working independently in an office-based role
