Lead, Develop and Drive Commercial Growth

We're looking for an experienced and inspirational Residential Account Management Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers across our SearchFlow and OneSearch Direct brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on developing people, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our account management function, helping customers achieve their goals while growing Landmark's presence within the residential conveyancing market.

About the Role

As the Residential Account Management Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious retention, growth and new business targets. You'll operate within a territory-based model, supporting your team to maximise opportunities across existing accounts and identify new business within their regions.

You'll create a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement, while acting as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Some of your main duties are:

  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on customer success and commercial excellence.
  • Deliver team retention, revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Support strategic account planning across key customers.
  • Ensure effective coverage of existing customers and new business opportunities.
  • Support Account Managers in identifying and converting new logo prospects.
  • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers.
  • Support complex renewals, negotiations and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management and reporting.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • At least 3 years' experience leading customer-facing commercial teams.
  • Proven experience managing account management, customer success or sales teams.
  • Track record of delivering customer retention and revenue growth targets.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience using CRM systems, forecasting and performance management tools.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing complex customer portfolios.

Desirable

  • Experience within conveyancing, legal technology, property or information services sectors.
  • Understanding of residential conveyancing processes and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of search products, compliance solutions or legal technology platforms.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed or hybrid teams.

The Interview Process

  • Screening video call via Microsoft Teams with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • First-stage video interview via Microsoft Teams with the Line Manager. This will include competency-based questions.
  • Personality questionnaire.
  • Second-stage interview (in person) at our West Malling office with the Line Manager, Divisional Director and a member of the People team. This stage includes a presentation.
  • Third-stage video interview via Microsoft Teams with the Sales Lead.
